It's Day 2 at the SharePoint Exchange conference and I had opportunity to present "How to Effectively Manage SharePoint Projects" to a great crowd.

 

 

During the interactive whiteboarding session, attendees learned how to:

- Develop an effective and practical project management process when deploying SharePoint
- Apply relevant strategies in mapping business processes to identify SharePoint-based solutions
- Identify necessary resources to plan, deploy, maintain and support your SharePoint implementation
- Minimize uncertainty and risk by applying practical scope management techniques
