Screencast: Project Planning 101

Categories: Project Management, Screencasts
Almost all of us have been involved in projects throughout our professional career. We know what makes or brakes a project is proper planning. In this screencast, I'd like to share a practical way of planning for your project by stepping through the fundamental elements of project planning:

- Developing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Creating a Network Diagram
- Identifying the Critical Path

Also, if you haven't read my blog posts on "Manage Your Projects ... Not Just Your Schedule", I invite you to read part 1, 2, 3, and 4 before watching the screencast.

Sit tight and watch as I step through an example on the fundamentals of project planning in this 21 minute screencast:

Hope you enjoyed the presentation. Please let me know what you think.
