If you will be attending this year's PMI Global Congress North America 2008 in Denver, CO (it's like TechEd for project managers), I'd like to invite you to a session that I will be presenting entitled "Ways to Leverage SharePoint for Project Management Success" at the Exhibitor Educational Presentation (EEP).

 

 

The 90-minute presentation on October 19, 2008, Sunday, 9.30 am (i know it's a little early for a Sunday) will showcase the benefits of SharePoint in addressing critical project management challenges in the areas of project communication, document management and project team collaboration.

 

Project Management Professionals (PMP®) can earn 1.5 Professional Development Units for participation if they attend the full session.

 

In addition, I will also be formally launching my book "SharePoint for Project Management" at the Global Congress. I will be giving away copies of my book, signing it and also give out discount coupons courtesy of O'Reilly Media. Come and see me at Learning Tree International's booth.

 

Rest assured, I will be covering the Global Congress as best I can by way of blog postings and tweets. I'll make sure that I update everybody on the keynote address presented by Colin Powell.
